Terms & Conditions

General

We welcome participants of all ages, but please inquire about bringing participants under 12 years old.
Having an average fitness level is crucial for our tours, given the varied terrain. In summer, the landscape can be steep and uneven, while winter conditions can be demanding due to snow.

It is at our discretion to determine if a participant is capable enough to handle a dog. Therefore, we reserve the right to make last-minute changes if we feel safety is a concern.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, children under 12 years old are not assigned a dog.

Number of participants

To maintain quality and safety standards, there is a minimum and maximum number of participants for tours. There is a minimum of 2 participants for all tours throughout the year, i.e., the fee for two participants is required regardless of whether it is 1 or 2 participants.

The maximum number for winter tours is 4 participants.
The maximum number for summer tours is 6 participants, but only a maximum of 4 participants will be assigned a dog.

In the event of a no-show, the person or company responsible for the booking will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Our activities are subject to weather conditions and are planned accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tour if weather conditions compromise safety. If such situations arise, we’ll strive to find an alternative time that suits your availability.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by the supplier (Dog Center), a complete refund, 100% will be issued to you.

However, this policy does not apply to force majeure or situations classified as ‘unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.’ These encompass events beyond our control, where the consequences couldn’t have been prevented even with all reasonable measures in place. Examples include warfare, acts of terrorism (and potential threats), civil unrest, substantial risks to human health like serious disease outbreaks at the destination, or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc., rendering travel to the destination unsafe. In such cases, we will refund 70% of your booking amount

Insurance

Participants are responsible for any costs resulting from accidents or illness during their activity. Therefore, participants are obliged to take out personal travel insurance before taking part in our trips. We recommend insurance that covers the return journey in the event of illness or injury, includes cancellation insurance for activities and accommodation, road closures, and/or canceled flights.

Check that the insurance also covers accidental damage on more challenging tours such as mountain biking, skiing expeditions, dog sledding, and hiking in mountainous terrain. Without such insurance coverage, you, as a traveler, may have to bear all costs in the event of an accident
